Cancellation Policy: Any courses cancelled by Wurkshop will result in a refund for the course, class or club. Where possible we will always offer alternate dates/times and ask you to re-book if desired. Clients can also opt to keep the amount paid for the cancelled class in credit, or receive a priority place on any rescheduled replacement course, class or club. Classes and Courses If you cannot attend a class or course, please give us one week's notice and we will hold credit for you to transfer to a different course. For cancellations made with less than one week's notice, we can only offer credit if we are able to successfully resell the place. Wurkshop operates a waiting list system and will advertise any vacated place/s. Wurkshop has a practical need to fill all of the places for small classes in order to keep them profitable. If you need to cancel, and you can find a replacement, we will always seek to give credit. Our policies above are aimed primarily at cancellations that leave empty places. Clubs Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the start of the club will be repaid in full (minus a 5% handling fee), or you can keep credit for the full amount paid. Wurkshop is not able to offer refunds for After-School Clubs cancelled with less than 30 days notice unless we find another student to fill that empty space. Whenever an opening due to a cancellation is filled, we will refund the client (minus a 5% handling fee) no matter the notice given. The guiding principle behind all of Wurkshop's policies is that we will always try to fill cancelled places, and if this is the case, we will happily offer a refund/credit.
